Stephen J. Malone

Stephen J. Malone is the Head of Global Employment Law at Peloton Interactive, leading a team of four lawyers and a paralegal. Stephen also serves as an Advisory Board Member for Thomson Reuters Practical Law's Labor & Employment Service, focusing on practice trends and legal concepts in a two-year term. Previously, Stephen was Vice President of Legal, Employment & Corporate Affairs at Fox Corporation, managing significant employment law matters and outside counsel. At NBCUniversal, Stephen held the position of Vice President of Employment Law, overseeing legal responsibilities for a large workforce and managing employment legal staff. Earlier career experience includes roles as Senior Employment Counsel and Employment Counsel at Proskauer Rose LLP and Winston & Strawn LLP, respectively. Stephen holds a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and a BA in Political Science from Northwestern University.
