Humayun Rashid

Humayun Rashid is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in application support, systems consulting, and network management. Currently serving as a Platform Application Support Analyst at Peloton since January 2021, responsibilities include providing SaaS support and managing client users in Microsoft Azure. Previously, Humayun worked at Long View Systems as a Systems Consultant, handling incoming help requests, and at GuestTek Interactive Entertainment Ltd. as a Network Specialist, managing incidents for hotel staff. Additional experience includes roles at Ericsson, where improvements were made to network downtime restoration, and at Robi Axiata Limited, focusing on system administration and network service management.
