Doug Dewar

Doug Dewar is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in geotechnical and geological engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Engineer in Geotech at Pembina Pipeline Corporation since March 2019, Doug previously held the role of Geotechnical Supervisor. Prior to this, a long tenure at Westcoast Energy Inc. (operating as Duke Energy/Spectra Energy and Enbridge) spanned from July 2003 to March 2019, where Doug worked as a Principal Geological Engineer and Pipeline Integrity Engineer. Doug's career began at AGRA, later AMEC Earth & Environmental, from June 1996 to July 2003 as a Geological Engineer. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Science in Geological/Geophysical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick.
