Paul Rollins

Paul Rollins is an experienced executive in real estate and construction management, currently serving as Vice President and Real Estate Program Lead at both Pembroke and Fidelity Investments since February 2021 and June 2020, respectively. Previous roles include Project Executive at AECOM Tishman, where notable projects featured facilities for Novartis and Wellington Management, and Construction Project Executive at Bond Brothers, overseeing significant renovations for various prestigious universities. Rollins has also held executive positions with Suffolk Construction and William A Berry & Son, managing high-profile medical and educational projects. With a foundational military background as an officer in the US Army Corps of Engineers, Rollins holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
