Alexia Sheinman has a diverse and impressive work experience. Alexia started their career as an intern at Pembrooke & Ives in 2011 before moving on to work as a Photography Assistant for Massimo Vitali in 2008. In 2012, they worked as a Design Director at CITE NYC for a brief period. Alexia then joined Hough Development as a Design Director in 2015, where they specialized in residential renovations and historic preservation. Alexia worked there until 2018. In 2013, they returned to Pembrooke & Ives and served as an Interior Designer until 2016, when they co-founded Roadmaps Festival, an artistic and humanitarian event that explores current crises through various mediums. In 2017, they became the Director of Branding & Communications at Pembrooke & Ives. Most recently, they have taken on the role of Chief Strategy & Brand Officer at Pembrooke & Ives. In 2020, Alexia also co-founded DNA Hospitality Group, focusing on creating inspiring and nourishing destinations, starting with their first hotel in the Greek Islands.
Alexia Sheinman's education history begins with their attendance at The Spence School from 1994 to 2005. After completing their secondary education, they enrolled at the International School of Athens in 2004 and later transferred to the United Nations International School from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained their International Baccalaureate degree. Following this, Sheinman pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Honors degree in Philosophy and Politics at the University of Bristol from 2007 to 2010. Alexia furthered their education at Parsons School of Design - The New School, where they earned a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree specializing in Interior Design from 2011 to 2013.
