Kim Shannon

Kim Shannon has over two decades of experience in the housing and operations sector. Currently serving as the Director of HUD Operations at PEMCO Limited since October 2006, Kim also holds the position of Project Manager. Prior to this role, Kim worked at First Preston from April 1999 to September 2006, where responsibilities included serving as Closing Manager and Alternate Contract Manager.
