James Skogman

James Skogman has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as an Analyst and Government Affairs Lobbyist at PEMCO Mutual Insurance Company since April 2008. Prior to this role, James held the position of Washington Branch Claims Manager at Liberty Northwest Insurance Co. from January 1998 to April 2008, overseeing administrative and operational responsibilities for property and casualty claims across Washington, North Idaho, Montana, and Alaska. James earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington, where studies took place from 1974 to 1976.
