Marjorie Hastings has extensive experience in marketing and research, primarily with PEMCO since November 1992, where roles have progressed from Administrative Assistant to Research and Brand Marketing Manager. As the Research and Brand Marketing Manager, Marjorie leads brand strategy and marketing initiatives, oversees consumer and employee research, and manages creative production and media strategies. Previous positions include Marketing Program Manager, where cross-functional teams implemented integrated campaigns, and Marketing Research Specialist, responsible for coordinating multiple marketing campaigns and vendor relationships. Marjorie also has a foundational background in data management as a Marketing Database Administrator and served as a Marketing Consultant and Estimating Assistant earlier in their career. Marjorie holds an Associate of Arts degree from Bellevue College.
