Alex Levy

Alex Levy is an experienced Assistant System Administrator at Pena & Kahn, PLLC since December 2017, where responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, documenting resolutions, communicating with vendors, and managing Active Directory. Proficient in utilizing ConnectWise Automate for remote management, setting up workstations, administering the Avaya IP Phone system, patching Ethernet cables, and configuring VLANs on Ubiquiti switches. Previously served as a Campus Recreation Official at the University at Albany, SUNY, leading a team to enforce game rules.
