Darsi Bakker

Darsi Bakker is the current Director of HR at PenChecks. Darsi has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Payroll. Darsi began their career as a Data Analyst for Pacific Bell Telephone. After two years with the company, they left to become the Associate Director of Worship for Cedar Grove Community Church. Darsi then spent six years as the Benefits Specialist for California Polytechnic State University before moving on to Integrity Management Services as their HR/Payroll Manager. In their current position at PenChecks, they oversee all aspects of Human Resources for the company.

Darsi Bakker attended Bishop Montgomery H.S. Darsi then went on to California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo where they received a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources Management and Policy as well as a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science. Darsi then attended Texas A&M University where they received their MS (ABT) in Geography.

Darsi Bakker works with Kevin Smallen - CISO, Wendy Henderson - Senior VP of Operations, and Jim Hensel - CFO. Their manager is Spiro Preovolos, CEO. A direct report to Darsi Bakker is and Elisa Reid - Office Coordinator.
