The Distributions Team at PenChecks is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of benefit payments and distributions for customers, which include financial institutions, third party administrators, plan advisors, and plan sponsors. This team ensures the precise and timely processing of payments, resolving issues related to uncashed or stale-dated checks, and handling the intricacies of Abandoned Plan/QTA services and Taxable Savings Accounts. Team members work collaboratively to maintain compliance and provide seamless service, leveraging both automated and branded solutions.
