Raphael Bisuman Bandim

Raphael Bisuman Bandim is an experienced programs manager currently leading initiatives at Pencils of Promise since 2019, focusing on the development and implementation of WASH and Teacher Support Programs, partnership building, curriculum design, training, staff development, and program evaluation. Previously, Raphael served as the Scholarship Program Manager at Bryan Acheampong Foundation and held the position of Senior Programme Officer at Camfed Ghana from 2013 to 2017, overseeing the implementation of education programs across 31 districts. As a Project Manager at Innovations for Poverty Action, Raphael managed national evaluations of education projects and coordinated substantial data collection efforts. Early career experience includes the role of Assistant Research Officer at Ghana Statistical Service, where statistical data for various sectors was compiled and analyzed. Raphael holds a Master’s degree in Development Policy and Planning from Kwame Nkrumah'​ University of Science and Technology.
