Arran Bibby

Arran Bibby is an experienced professional in strategic program management and federal programs, currently serving as the VP of Strategic Programs at Pendar Technologies, LLC since November 2015. Prior to this role, Arran held the position of VP of Federal Programs at Thermo Fisher Scientific for a brief period in 2010. From 2004 to 2010, Arran was the Director of Federal Programs at Ahura Scientific and served as a Sales Executive at SensIR Technologies from 1999 to 2004.
