Becky Hale

Becky Hale has held various positions in the insurance industry since 2000. Becky began their career as Marketing Manager at Benefit Group of New England, where they worked until 2011. Becky then moved to Digital Benefit Advisors as Director of Sales Support/Office Manager and Sr. Market Analyst until 2014. From 2014 to 2018, they served as Manager of Carrier & Vendor Relationships at Maxwell Health and Director of Operations at Connected Benefits. In 2018, they became Sales Operations Manager at Limelight Health and currently holds the role of SVP of Operations at Pendella. In their current role, they are responsible for overseeing the company's white-label software that provides businesses with an end-to-end consumer life & disability insurance journey.
