Fida Shnakher

Fida Shnakher is a Technical Support Engineer at Pendo.io since May 2023. Previously, Fida completed an internship as a FullStack Developer at Joonko from February 2022 to April 2022, gaining valuable insights into programming dynamics and workplace productivity during an Appleseeds Bootcamp. Between March 2011 and January 2021, Fida worked at Bug Multisystem Ltd. as a Retail Salesperson and Team Lead, focusing on resolving customer challenges and providing technical support for electronic devices. Fida's education includes completion of the Appleseeds program from October 2021 to April 2022.
