Kai Ho

Kai Ho is a highly experienced product designer specializing in user-centric design across various industries. Currently serving as Lead Product Designer at Pendo.io since September 2022, Kai has a track record of winning hackathons and streamlining design components through cross-functional collaboration. Previous roles include Senior Product Designer at IBM, where Kai facilitated enterprise design thinking for hybrid cloud observability, and UX Consultant at Kloudio, where a design system was developed for a modernized web app. Additional experience spans leadership and senior design positions at Cision, deverus, RF Code, and Hive9, with a strong emphasis on user research, design strategy, and team collaboration. Education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising from The University of Texas at Austin and an Associate’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from Edmonds College.
