Prayag Desale

Prayag Desale is an accomplished product manager at Pendulum since August 2021, with prior experience as a business analyst at Treeni Inc. from March 2020 to February 2021. As the founder of p10energy, Prayag demonstrated entrepreneurial skills from June 2019 to September 2020. Experience also includes serving as a student assistant at bbw Hochschule and conducting a master thesis at Thinking Circular® in early 2019. Trend research and analysis were key responsibilities at TD Reply from December 2017 to September 2018. Earlier in the career, Prayag worked as a trainee engineer at Baumüller India Pvt Ltd, focusing on the installation and troubleshooting of automation products. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in International Technology Transfer Management from bbw Hochschule, participation in the Startup Class Berlin program at The Berlin School of Economics and Law, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
