Simón Pablo Espinosa

Simón Pablo Espinosa has had a diverse range of work experiences. Simón Pablo started their career in 2013 as the Chief Executive Officer of En Volá Cannabis HUB, where they were responsible for coordinating all aspects of the company and aligning it with editorial, commercial, and digital strategies. In 2015, they became the General Manager of Quema Smokeshop, the commercial part of En Volá Cannabis HUB, where they managed finance, operations, logistics, and marketing.

In 2018, Simón founded Fauna Pipes, a Chilean brand that creates handcrafted ceramic and clay pieces for cannabis consumption. Simón Pablo also has experience as an author, having written "Historias En Volá" for Penguin Random House and working as an author for La Pollera Ediciones.

In terms of media and journalism, Simón has worked as a freelance correspondent for MERRY JANE MEDIA, a cannabis-focused media outlet, where they communicated the Chilean Cannabis Industry to English-speaking readers. Simón Pablo has also worked as a freelance journalist for publications such as Diario La Segunda and The Clinic, and as a scriptwriter for Chilevisión.

Additionally, Simón has provided their expertise as a Cannabis Advisor for Guidepoint, a company that connects clients with subject matter experts from a global professional network. Simón Pablo'swork experience spans various industries and demonstrates their knowledge and involvement in the cannabis industry.

Simón Pablo Espinosa completed their Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from the Universidad del Desarrollo, where they studied from 2009 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended the Universidad Alberto Hurtado from 2007 to 2009 and was an alumnus in Sociology. In 2005 to 2006, they became an exchange student at Niinivaaran Lukio, spending a year abroad. In addition to their formal education, Simón obtained certification as a Ski Instructor from the PSIA - AASI Professional Ski Instructors of America - American Association of Snowboard Instructors in January 2010.
