Elle E

Elle E. has a strong background in program and project management. From 2013 to 2015, they served as a Senior Project Manager at Novant Health, overseeing the enterprise-wide SAP BI Program and managing complex vendor RFP processes. Elle also provided leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams and effectively communicated with stakeholders.

In 2015, Elle joined eBay Enterprise Marketing Solutions as a Manager Delivery Ops and Project Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing project delivery operations.

Since 2015, Elle has been working at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), initially as a Principal Technical Program/Project Manager. In this role, they were recognized as an expert and advisor to senior leadership, providing recommendations and solutions for everyday business problems. Elle also played a key role in the creation of customer testing events and program/project models used across the organization. Elle consistently demonstrated their ability to anticipate changing business needs and guide leadership in future strategic approaches.

Most recently, Elle joined Penguin Computing in 2022 as a Program Manager. In this role, they drive large-scale technical initiatives and works cross-functionally to enhance organizational efficiency and deliver measurable results. Elle leverages their technical knowledge to influence and drive projects and roadmaps that align with the company's goals.

Elle E. completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from Daniel Webster College, where they attended from 2003 to 2005. In addition to their degree, Elle also obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2009, they became a Certified ScrumMaster through the Scrum Alliance. In 2014, they attained the ITIL Foundation certification from Loyalist Certification Services and obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
