Evelyn Chang

Evelyn Chang is an experienced IT leader specializing in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) within the technology and biopharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as IT Lead, GRC at Penguin Solutions since June 2023, Evelyn has previously held significant roles, including IT Lead, GRC at Cree LED and Associate Director, Compliance at Minaris Regenerative Medicine. As co-founder of JaBED Tech Solutions, Evelyn provided innovative technology solutions for quality systems. With a strong foundation in quality and compliance, Evelyn has also excelled in leadership positions at G&W Laboratories, Legend Biotech, and Pfizer PGM. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Rutgers Business School and multiple degrees in Pharmaceutical Engineering and Computer Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology, complemented by certifications in Lean Agile Management and a Master’s Certification from Villanova University.
