John Russ

John Russ currently serves as a Senior Onsite Support at Penguin Computing since October 2021. Prior to this role, John held positions at ServiceNow from August 2014 to January 2021, working as a Hardware Reliability Engineer and a Data Center Engineer. Earlier experience includes a position as Lead Data Center Technician at Milestone Technologies, Inc. from May 2010 to July 2014, where John was the Lead Contractor on the Meta Facility in Ashburn, VA.
