Marta Santos

Marta Santos has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, starting as a Receptionist at Belas Clube Campo in 2000. Marta then worked as a Reservation Agent and Sales Executive at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts from 2002 to 2007. Marta joined CS Hotels & Resorts in 2007 as a Sales Manager. Marta then moved to Martinhal Family Hotels & Resorts in 2010, where they held the positions of Assistant Director of Sales and later Director of Sales until 2014. Currently, Marta is working as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Penha Longa a Ritz-Carlton Resort since June 2014.

Marta Santos attended Universidade do Algarve from 1996 to 2000, where they pursued a degree in Marketing Turistico with a focus on Hotel Management and Tourism.
