Jack Toebelman

Jack Toebelman is an experienced Occupational Therapist currently working at Peninsula Health since June 2021. Prior to this role, Jack held a position as a Habit Coach (Allied Health Assistant) at Everyday Independence from February to June 2021. Jack has completed several student placements in various settings, including acute general medical care and subacute neurological rehabilitation at Monash Health, as well as community aged care at Baptcare. Jack holds a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from Swinburne University of Technology, obtained between 2019 and 2021, and a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and Human Movement/Sport and Recreation Management from Victoria University, completed from 2009 to 2013.
