Nicolas Rivollet has a diverse work experience in the marketing and corporate development sectors. Nicolas started their career at Sidel in 1997, where they held several roles in communication, product management, and product development. Nicolas played a key role in transitioning the company towards an application-centric product development approach. Nicolas also led the development of new Stretch-Blow-Molding machines for PET packages, focusing on reducing costs, enabling advanced package designs, and improving manufacturing efficiency.

In 2010, Nicolas joined Husky Injection Molding Systems as the Business Manager for PET systems. Nicolas was responsible for the development and launch of a new Injection Molding system for the production of preforms using recycled PET flakes. Nicolas also managed relationships with material producers and OEMs in the recycled PET industry. Nicolas later took on roles as Director of Business Development, Marketing & Communication and Director of Corporate Business Development. In these positions, they focused on driving profitable growth, supporting sales, managing new product development projects, and selling long-term investment plans.

Most recently, Nicolas has been working at Penn Color, Inc. as the Vice President of Marketing. Nicolas previously served as the Global Director of Strategy & Marketing. Penn Color is a company that specializes in color concentrates, masterbatches, and pigment dispersions. Nicolas played a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company's diverse product line.

Nicolas Rivollet completed an Executive Education Program in Mergers and Acquisitions at The Wharton School in 2016.
