Brian Bentrim has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Brian has held various leadership positions at PennEngineering, starting as a Manufacturing Engineer in 1996 and progressing to become the VP of Process Innovation in 2021. Throughout their career at PennEngineering, Brian has focused on product development, innovation, and process optimization. Brian has been responsible for setting the global direction of product development efforts and has successfully increased the revenue generated from new products. Additionally, Brian has extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing R&D engineers globally, and driving the introduction of new product lines. Apart from their tenure at PennEngineering, Brian also worked at Cyber-Stop as the Vice President and CTO where they provided one-on-one training, customized software development, and network maintenance.
Brian Bentrim has a comprehensive education history. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College from 1992 to 1996. Brian then pursued further studies and obtained a Masters of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University between 1998 and 2003. More recently, from 2017 to 2019, Brian attended Villanova University where they completed an Executive MBA program in Business Administration and Management, General. In addition to their academic achievements, Brian also holds a Professional Engineer certification from the National Society of Professional Engineers, obtained in 2005.
