Dennis Shea

Dennis Shea has extensive work experience in the legal and environmental affairs field. Dennis is currently serving as the Chief Legal Counsel at PennEngineering since October 2021. Before that, they worked as the Vice President at AMG Advanced Metallurgical Group N.V. from October 2011 to November 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Legal & Environmental Affairs at SPS Fastener Division, a PCC Company, from December 2003 to August 2011. Dennis started their career at SPS Technologies as the Assistant Counsel & Environmental Affairs Manager from April 1995 to December 2003.

Dennis Shea received their Juris Doctor degree from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where they attended from 1990 to 1993. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Bowdoin College from 1982 to 1986, earning an A.B. degree in Government and Environmental Studies.
