Robbie Butler

Robbie Butler is an experienced Human Resources professional with a focus on the gaming industry. Currently serving as the Regional Vice President of Human Resources for Penn National Gaming and Hollywood Casinos since September 2012, Robbie oversees HR operations for multiple casino and hotel properties. Additionally, Robbie owns Lil' Mickey's Memphis Barbeque, offering authentic Memphis-style barbeque in Missouri. Prior roles include Director of Human Resources for Pinnacle Entertainment, Continuous Improvement specialist at Caesars Entertainment Corporation, and Vice President of Human Resources at Harrah's Entertainment, where extensive experience in casino operations and a diverse HR background was developed. Robbie holds an MBA from Lindenwood University and has a strong foundation in HR and casino management.
