Suzanne Hill

Suzanne Hill is an accomplished professional in talent development and knowledge solutions with extensive experience in diverse organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Development at PENN Entertainment, Inc. since April 2023, Suzanne has previously held significant roles at the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) from 2003 to April 2023, including Senior Director, Knowledge Solutions and Sr. Content and Learning Developer. Prior experience includes a position as a Human Performance Analyst at Accenture from 2000 to 2002. Suzanne holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with a focus on Business from Penn State University, earned between 1996 and 2000.
