Debra Titus

Debra Titus serves as a K-8 Entrepreneurial Education Coach at Penn Hills Charter School of Entrepreneurship since July 2020, where responsibilities include assisting classroom teachers in entrepreneurship education and fostering community partnerships. Additionally, Debra has been the Executive Director of SHINE Society of Excellence, Inc. since July 2016, managing all strategic and operational functions. As Co-Owner of D&K Whip Appeal, Debra oversees operations for a micro-enterprise focused on natural body care products. Debra also functions as a Program Coordinator at UJAMAA Collective, providing arts and leadership training to youth and encouraging their aspirations. Prior experience includes a teaching role at Pittsburgh Public Schools from August 2010 to July 2020. Debra holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from Chatham University, earned between 2004 and 2009.
