Caroline Gong

Caroline Gong is a highly engaged and accomplished individual currently serving on the Penn Wharton Investment Team at Venture Lab. Caroline holds the position of Co-President with Penn Undergraduate Capital Partners and has contributed as a Diligence Analyst. In the role of Co-Head of Projects for Penn Impact Investing, Caroline has also advanced through roles of Project Lead and Project Analyst. Additionally, Caroline is gaining valuable experience as an intern at Cotera and works as a Research Assistant at The Wharton School, collaborating with prominent faculty on research related to ESG and policy. Alongside these roles, Caroline serves as Resources Lead at Girls Who VC and was a Fellow at Fireside Fellows. Previous experience includes an Associate role with Wharton Impact Ventures Associates and an internship with the LaunchX Entrepreneurship Program. Caroline founded Rhapsody for Youth and completed secondary education at Head-Royce School before continuing studies at The Wharton School.
