Ron Mont

Ron Mont is an experienced Solutions Architect at Penn National Insurance since May 2022, having previously contributed as a Project Manager and Senior Developer at Adept Consulting Services, Inc. between July 2021 and August 2022. Prior roles include Project Manager and Application Architect at Tower Insurance Services Inc., where Ron led the development of a new Allotment ACH transaction application. As TFS Technical Lead for NAVSUP BSC, Ron implemented industry best practices and integrated TFS in the SDLC. Ron's background in application development extends to positions at the Pennsylvania Department of Education, Metso Minerals Inc., the Department of Health Bureau of Information Technology, and the Department of Community and Economic Development. Educational qualifications include a Certificate of Web Development from HACC and an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts from the Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts.
