Duncan Andrews is an undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Penn State University, expected to graduate in 2025. Currently serving as an Undergraduate Research Assistant for Dr. Martin at the Penn State Gait Optimization Lab, Duncan investigates the mechanics of passive robots walking down slopes and gathers data by altering the size and shape of these robots. As President of Penn State THON™, Duncan collaborates with team members to prepare for the THON dance and fosters relationships with donors and alumni. Relevant experience includes an Engineering Internship at KCF Technologies, where Duncan contributed to early fault detection, saving over $200,000 in downtime, and a Mechanical Engineering Internship at Remington & Vernick Engineers. Prior work includes roles as a Fulfillment Expert at Target and a Dunkin Crew Member at Heartland Restaurant Group.
