Shannon Burnett

Shannon Burnett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client support, telehealth, and administrative roles. Currently serving as the Supervisor for Penn State Health OnDemand Client Support Services in Virtual Health since October 2019, Shannon previously held the position of Telehealth Program Assistant at the same institution. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Alumni at the University of Houston's Conrad N. Hilton College and as an Administrative/External Relations Coordinator at Washington University School of Architecture. Additional roles include Human Resources Specialist at May Merchandising Company, Executive Assistant to the Vice President at Ranken Technical College, Customer Service Representative at Norwest Financial Leasing Inc., and Activity Therapist at CPC Spirit of Saint Louis Hospital. Shannon holds an MBA from Fontbonne University and a BA in Psychology from the University of Dayton.
