Brian Redmond

Brian Redmond serves as the Online Education Lead for the School of Labor and Employment Relations at Penn State University since January 2006, overseeing approximately 40 direct reports and managing multiple programs, budgets, and course revisions. Recognized for innovative initiatives such as launching the first online psychology club globally and implementing a military partnership program, Brian has progressively advanced through various academic roles, including Teaching Professor and Lead Faculty for Labor and Human Resource programs. In addition to academic leadership, Brian operates as General Manager and Principal Consultant at People Lever LLC, providing strategic oversight and enhancing client engagement since September 2021. Educational credentials include a PhD in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from The Graduate Center, City University of New York, along with an MA from New York University and a BA from Castleton University.
