Rob Naylor

Rob Naylor is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in executive search, particularly within the public sector. Currently serving as Team Leader for Executive Search at Penna since April 2020, Rob leads a team focused on diverse roles in local government and the wider public sector. Previously, Rob held the position of Senior Researcher at Veredus Executive Search, where notable placements included key executive roles in Central Government. Earlier roles include positions at Capita as Senior Research Partner, and as a Search Consultant at GatenbySanderson, specializing in local government and transport. Rob possesses a degree in Politics, Political Science and Government from the University of Hull.
