Courtney Rhein

Courtney Rhein is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and operations, currently serving as General Manager at PennAir since July 2013. Throughout tenure at PennAir, Courtney has held various roles, including Acquisition and Integration Manager, Human Resources Generalist, Operations Specialist, and Sales and Marketing Admin. Prior to PennAir, Courtney owned and operated a franchise at MADabolic from November 2019 to October 2021. Courtney is also a former student-athlete at Appalachian State University, where participation in Women's Division 1 Volleyball was highlighted, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Management and Operations.
