Debra Owens

Debra Owens has extensive experience in customer support and home retention, currently serving as a Home Retention Specialist at Penncro Associates since September 2012. Prior to this role, Debra was self-employed as an entrepreneur from May 2010 to September 2012 and worked at West Corporation as a Customer Support Specialist from 2006 to 2010. Educationally, Debra attended Alvin Community College from 1998 to 1999, where coursework focused on Business Office Technology and Microcomputer Technology.
