Agnes Ruphavathani Jensen

Agnes Ruphavathani Jensen is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and engineering management. Currently, Agnes serves as a Co-Founder of After Baby Loss, India's first community for baby loss support, and as a Quality Engineering Manager at Penneo A/S, where responsibilities include building a QA culture and leading a high-performing team. Prior experience includes roles at Milestone Systems, where Agnes progressed from an Associate Build Engineer to a QA Lead, contributing to the development of video management systems through automation, testing, and agile practices. Agnes holds a Master of Technology in Computer Science Engineering from Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from Nandha College of Technology.
