Jera Daye

Jera Daye, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Training and Development Business Partner for North America at Vallourec since May 2023. Prior to this role, Jera Daye held multiple positions at Pennex from 2014, including Human Resources Manager, Talent Acquisition Specialist, and Human Resources Generalist.
