Jenna Hollinden has a diverse range of work experience. Jenna started their career as a Sales and Marketing intern at Aramark in 2014, where they created a database for client management and developed office safety literature. In 2015, they interned as a Corporate Communications intern at Big Ass Fans, where they automated marketing campaigns and aided in the application of product quality awards. That same year, they became the Student Body Vice President at the University of Kentucky, where they represented over 30,000 students and served on the Board of Directors for the University of Kentucky Alumni Association. In 2016, Jenna became a National Leadership Consultant at the Chi Omega Fraternity Executive Headquarters, where they created a virtual support model that increased sales, retention, and overall performance. Jenna later became a Senior National Leadership Consultant before transitioning to Pennington & Company in 2018. At Pennington & Company, Jenna has held roles such as Consultant and Vice President, managing capital campaigns and feasibility studies, exceeding project expectations, and coaching intergenerational volunteers. Overall, Jenna Hollinden has a strong background in leadership, project management, and communication.
Jenna Hollinden completed their Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Management at the University of Kentucky from 2012 to 2016. In the fall of 2014, they also participated in an exchange program as a student at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, where they focused on International Business. Additionally, in the summer of 2013, Jenna attended Centro Ecuatoriano Norteamericano as an exchange student, studying Global Citizenship.
