Alex Rongione, CFA is the Managing Director of Real Estate at Pennington Partners & Co. Prior to this role, Alex worked as the Director at Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners in the Equity Group focusing on acquisitions. Alex also worked as an Associate at J.P. Morgan Asset Management in the Real Estate Americas division, focusing on acquisitions, development, and asset management. Alex holds a BSBA in Finance & Global Management from the University of Pittsburgh.
