Douglas Barry

Douglas Barry serves as the Associate Vice President and Senior Project Manager in the Site/Civil Engineering Division. With over 20 years of experience in civil/site engineering, his role encompasses various responsibilities such as contract preparation, contract administration, billing, attending public meetings, project management, marketing, and business development.

In terms of engineering duties, Douglas is involved in land planning, drainage and grading design, stormwater management design, utility design, roadway design, erosion and sediment control design, as well as preparation of construction specifications and review of shop drawings. He possesses extensive knowledge of relevant land development ordinances and works closely with clients, government officials, architects, contractors, inspectors, and surveyors throughout the entire project lifecycle.
