Ross Stuart

Ross Stuart, PE, SE, is an Associate Vice President and Structural Practice Lead who started his career in 2007 and has been a professional licensed structural engineer since 2011. He has experience with the design, assessment, coordination, administration and management for a diverse spectrum of projects, including new construction, rehabilitation, adaptive reuse, assessment, and repair projects.

His design experience includes steel framing and connections, foundations (deep and shallow), adaptive reuse of existing structures, reinforced concrete, masonry, cold formed steel, and wood. His design experience applies to a wide range of building types, including life science, commercial, parking, casino, residential, education, health care, municipal and other mixed-use projects.

Ross’ field experience includes condition assessment surveys for a variety of structures. Condition assessment work varies from façade restoration, Philadelphia Ordinance fulfillment, pre-purchase due diligence, emergency repair work and general building evaluation across a wide range of structures, including concrete, parking, steel, wood and masonry structures.
