Mark Heckel

Mark Heckel possesses extensive experience in web design, instructional design, and track and field officiating. As the owner of MACH2K, Mark specializes in freelance web design, graphic creation, and developing customized e-learning content. In addition, Mark leads TFO Training Associates, focusing on online training for track and field officials globally. Affiliated with USA Track & Field since 1987, Mark holds the title of Master Official and serves as Vice Chairman for Training, overseeing training for approximately 4,000 certified officials. Mark also contributes as a broadcaster for Pennsylvania Cable Network during the PIAA State Track and Field Championships and has held instructional design roles at The Pennsylvania State University. Mark earned a BS and M.Ed. in Music Education from The Pennsylvania State University.
