Valerie Gaydos

Valerie Gaydos serves as the Pennsylvania State Representative for the 44th District, representing the Pittsburgh Airport Area since December 2018. Additionally, Valerie founded and leads Capital Growth, Inc., specializing in business development and capital provision for high-growth businesses, particularly in the data sector. Over the years, Valerie has acted as an advisor, investor, and board observer for various companies, providing both financial and intellectual capital. As the founder and president of the Angel Venture Forum, Valerie brings together angel investors from across the Mid-Atlantic region. Previously, Valerie led Fifty-First Associates, LLC, a political intelligence firm, and has held advisory roles with entities such as the Pennsylvania Business Council and the Maryland Center for Entrepreneurship. Valerie holds a BA in Russian Language and Economics from Dickinson College.
