Peter Gualtieri

Peter Gualtieri is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the benefits consulting industry, currently serving as Chief Growth Officer and Vice President at Savoy Associates since December 2009, where leadership of the Mergers and Acquisitions Division and oversight of emerging markets form key responsibilities. Gualtieri previously held the position of Director of Emerging Markets, successfully expanding operations into Pennsylvania and Delaware, resulting in significant revenue growth. Additionally, Gualtieri serves on the Board of Directors for Pennsylvania NABIP and has held various leadership roles within the Greater Philadelphia Association of Health Underwriters. Prior experience includes Vice President roles at UnitedHealth Group, focusing on client service and account management, significantly improving retention rates and driving growth in the small group market. Gualtieri holds an MBA in Marketing and a BBA in Management from Fox School of Business at Temple University.
