William Smeltzer

William Smeltzer has a diverse work experience. William started their career at PHEAA as a Technical Training Specialist in 2013 and later became a Training Development Specialist. In 2018, they transitioned to the Pennsylvania School Boards Association, where they worked as a Training Manager before being promoted to Associate Director of Education and Training in December 2021.
