Lucy Harlow

Lucy Harlow is an experienced communications professional and educator with a diverse background in the education sector. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Penn State University since August 2022, Lucy has also been a vital member of the Pennsylvania State Education Association since 1993, holding various roles including Communications Organizing Program Specialist. Prior experience includes serving as a Communications Specialist for the Connecticut Education Association and as a Reporter for the New London Day Newspaper. Lucy holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Sacred Heart University and a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Journalism from the University of Maryland.
