Bettina Pearl

Bettina Pearl serves as the Director of Community Engagement and previously held the position of Deputy Legislative Director at the Pennsylvania State Senate since December 2020. Bettina Pearl's advocacy experience includes a role as Advocate and Supervisor for older adults at CARIE and a Senior Policy Researcher at Communally, where significant contributions were made to The Benefit Bank initiative. Prior roles include Project Associate at PMHCC-Best Practices Institute, Social Work Coordinator at Congreso de Latinos Unidos, Policy Analyst at PathWaysPA, Health Policy Associate at Public Citizens for Children & Youth, and Legislative Outreach Director in the PA State Senate under Allyson Schwartz. Bettina Pearl holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Brown University, a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law, and both a Master of Social Service and a Master of Social Work from Bryn Mawr College.
