Diana Marques

Diana Marques is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public policy, outreach, and legislative support. Currently serving as the Chief of Staff for State Senator Amanda Cappelletti at the Pennsylvania State Senate, Diana manages daily operations and community outreach initiatives while collaborating on legislative priorities. Previously, Diana held roles such as Business Engagement & Outreach Manager at the Keystone Energy Efficiency Alliance, where strategic public engagement and advocacy for clean energy were key focuses. Additional experience includes positions as Regional Director at Enroll America, Manager of Public Policy and Advocacy at Women's Way, and various legislative assistant roles in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. Diana holds a Master of Social Services from Bryn Mawr College and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Moravian University.
